Review: Hello, My name is [redacted], I am filing a complaint against Empire Auto Sales of [redacted] because I was sold a 2008 Mercedes Benz E-class on February [redacted], 2014 and I traded in a 2005 Volkswagen Passat 1.8t GLS. I was told I would be given 4500 trade in allowance for the vehicle. I took possession of the 2008 Mercedes on the fifth of February and I the pay off for the vehicle was supposed to take place within the week of the purchase. It is now two months and a half later and the 2005 Volkswagen Passat has yet to be paid off. I keep getting billed $274.66 for the Passat by Sikorsky Financial Credit Union monthly. I called the credit union and they continue to tell me that no evidence of a pay off check has come from the dealership. I have called Empire Autos countless times and I keep getting the run around. I have received letters over the mail from Sikorsky stating that they are attempting to collect debt from me. I fear my credit and that of my father's as well is at stake due to their unwillingness to cooperate and adhere to the contract. I am requesting that Empire Autos be held accountable financially for their mistake. I spoke with the chief financial officer at Empire Autos several times and every time I call they pretend to be getting ready to send out the check. I emailed him regarding our conversation over the phone stating that I wanted to the Volkswagen Passat to be paid off and for the dealership to be held responsible for any subsequent financial loss and charges that may be incurred upon me due to this mishap. If I can please be contacted at ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### to further discuss this complaint and discuss what my avenues are regarding financial compensation, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I contacted Sikorsky Financial Credit Union and I was notified that the Volkswagen Passat and it's title was still under their possession and that the Passat should have not been sold until pay off was complete. I am requesting that Sikorsky Financial Credit Union is paid off for the Volkswagen Passat that Empire Autos sold, and that any financial loss that may occur to me due to this mishap be paid in full by Empire Autos, including but not limited to taxes, bank loan, and late fees.

Review: I purchased a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT-8 from this dealership an was informed that the car comes with a 3 moth warranty and for that duration of time I can bring the car in for any problems, which I did by day 2 of purchase.

list of issue; Cracked rims, hole in tire, no air bags, no windshield washer nozzles or tank, leaking sunroof, less than 1/3 of brake an rotor life as required by NYS vehicle inspection, and a blown motor and transmission mount. this is just a few of what was wrong with the car. only 2 problems were fixed after spending 3 months of trying to get the car fixed and they kept stalling the [redacted] tells me my warranty is over.

prior to this I brought two family members to purchase vehicles an I was told I would be given a referral fee which became a problem also because their cars had issues and I was never paid.Desired Settlement: I would like my referral fees, and money reimbursed for rims and repairs. that I paid for and complete the remaining repairs and apology
