Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I talked with Blake V [redacted] and he received a call from Empire Chemical He did not order the product that was shipped and did not authorize the shipment Blake V [redacted] has no need for the product that was shipped as his job does not require the use of this product The Wastewater Treatment Plant located at [redacted] is the only location that would use this product Blake V [redacted] never orders products without a Purchase Order as he is aware of the Purchase order rules and regulations of the Dadeville Water and Sewer Board The only person responsible for this account is the business, Empire Chemical because they call and get someone's name and ship the product to any address they have on file MrN [redacted] admitted that he contacted Dadeville City Hall located at [redacted] which is where he shipped the unauthorized products Blake V [redacted] is not and should not be held accountable for any part of this scheme by Empire Chemical to obtain money from our business In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

On January **, 2016, I personally spoke to Blake V*** on his cell phone and discussed the Bio-Blast degreaserI offered him 10lbs to start with, which he acceptedI asked him for the address to ship the items to, and the address he gave me was the *** *** ** addressI asked if he needed
a purchase order number and said to just put his name on the invoice and he would take care of it After speaking to MsH*** yesterday we both agree that something doesn't seem right in the communication from MrV*** to myselfI cannot speak for MrV*** as to why he would give the city hall address and not the one where he would normally receive shipmentsI also informed MsH*** during our conversation that I would credit in full invoice *** because of the mis-communicationThis was obviously an instance of an irresponsible prank by Blake V***, and the water board should not be held accountable because of his actionsWe hope that crediting the account in full will satisfy MsH***
