I know Mrs [redacted] for so many yearsIt is correct she did place a few custom orders with us, custom cages, stands and others over the yearsIf order took time it was she had not a rush she was doing construction in her home and she want it when construction was doneIn the complaint she is talking about the customized travel cage I did mention to her the bar spacing was too small but she want it that way, when she received she realized I was correct and she send It back, she keep part of the cage a folding base customized to move it easy to her car and she did return the body of the cageAfter talking to her we did make another body to match the cage she has at home same bar spacing for her bird to be happyShe is complaining about the feeders on that cage, all our cages come with regular feeders and is what we put did put in her travel cageNow she wants locks on feeders and she expects for me to send feeders and dishes free to her ( this will cost me more than $plus the work on locks) verses if she send them back to me the feeders and dishes I will do the work on them to put the locks, every feeder lock work cost $and every dish lock work cost $a total of $per the of them, plus the latch $Like I said to Mrs [redacted] send this feeders and dishes back to us for us to do that work requested, she needs to pay shipping back and forth and to courtesy of all this years doing custom work for her I will make the work on the locks free of charge in her feeders and dishes and I will replace the latch(she send me a photo of the latch and seams It got damage in some point may be when she move the cage to her friend home because the photo I have when she receive the cage the latch it is in perfect conditions)I do know owe any $dollars to her I use that money to pay part of her shipping, she and me agreed to send it Federal Express Ground but she need it the cage in a certain day and the only way to arrive it was to use 2n day Federal Express Air, that shipping was expensive costing $more of what we agreed, I did call her from the office of Federal Express in Carlsbad and I offer to pay the difference and not sending the $back for the stainless T pens she did ordered, and she did agreed, I did pay that $extra for her to get the cage in time and be able to go to her tripI do provide the best of the best custom work and she knows I am busy, but I cannot just keep working for free, hope the Revdex.com will ask Mrs [redacted] to send us this feeder and the dishes for us to do the custom lock work, I will make that job free ( weeks frame after arrival) that way she will be happy, she needs to pay the shipping back and forth and I will save her $plus the replace of the latch $35.00, I cannot do better but I cannot send free feeders and free dishes when she already got themLet Mrs [redacted] know we appreciate she involved the Revdex.com to make a situation better for her and for us too, and thank you Mrs [redacted] for all this year of business, whishing you and Baby African Gray and all the animal environments products ( ring stand, cages, folding stands and others you have from my company lots of years of Blessings, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com, that lady got a full money back from [redacted] *** No money is owed to herNo complain is necessary she got what she want it already and that complain is no longer a complain.If you like I can explain my version too:That customer had days from February to send the ring stand back to us if she was unhappy for a full refundBefore I saw the destruction she did in our product I offer her a Call Tag , a replacement or full money back but her answer to me via text it was :” she want it for me to agree the stand was not the quality of my products and she will keep itWe send our product in good conditions, a photo was send to her for approval, plus she had days for a refundOur surprise was when many of our customers informed me about that lady was using the resources in a Forum in social media to destroy my products and slander my company and my reputation in front of thousands of people on the Forum and promoting another new company and destroying mineThat complain must be deleted and never need it to take effectThank you Revdex.com , [redacted] ***760-

To answer the complaint, please see the attached documents. I have attached a copy of our scheduling sheet with notes, our bill that was left on the day of service and my written response to the customer's refusal to pay.We mail appointment postcards to our customers annually and only to
customers we have serviced in the past. We do not solicit unless asked to. We show in our records that we spoke to a *** *** and confirmed an appointment between 9am-11am on June **, 2016. When we arrived at the house no one was home for the appointment but since the work was all done from outside and already confirmed we did the test, left a bill and test form to be signed and returned with payment. We have been sending statements and made numerous telephone calls regarding this since last year. The customer called in November and refused to pay the bill as they most likely paid another company to test after we were there. We could not and would not send the test results in as we did not receive the test report back signed and never received paymentWe did the work as confirmed and scheduled and now the customer does not want to pay the bill

  I cannot understand most of what Ms. [redacted] is rambling about on her email.  However, like I told you over the phone, all I am seeking is for Animal Environments to uphold their agreement of allowing for a return of the cage within 20 weeks.  Ms. [redacted] is correct in quoting that I told her that I would keep the cage.  However, due to her instability in keeping her word and failure to accept the payment she requested and the perches (that were to large for my bird) returned to her, I have become very nervous and cannot stay calm with the thought that she might take me to small claims court or start collection process over these items.  This has prompted  me to just return the cage.  This of course would never have been my best choice as it is cumbersome and costly, not to mention that I have to order another cage.  I am surprised that she is saying that she will discount for one thing or another after her policy stated that I had 20 weeks for Full Refund in event of a return.  Additionally, she still fails to provide a return address.  I have texted her with two possible return addresses, but she still has not confirmed either.   Therefore, while I would like to go ahead and return the cage I do not have an address.   She provides a phone number, which I attempted to call on 03/08/18 and she was yelling and screaming and talking over me and later hung up the phone.  Please inform me about how I should proceed.Thank you again,[redacted]

After talking to her we did make another body to match the cage she has at home same bar spacing for her bird to be happy. She is complaining about the feeders on that cage, all our cages come with regular feeders and is what we put did put in her travel cage. Now she wants locks on feeders and she expects for me to send 3 feeders and 3 dishes free to her ( this will cost me more than $300.00 plus the work on locks) verses if she send them back to me the 3 feeders and 3 dishes I will do the work on them to put the locks, every feeder lock work cost $25.00 and every dish lock work cost $15.00 a total of $120.00 per the 3 of them, plus the latch $35.00. Like I said to Mrs. [redacted] send this feeders and dishes back to us for us to do that work requested, she needs to pay shipping back and forth and to courtesy of all this years doing custom work for her I will make the work on the locks free of charge in her feeders and dishes and I will replace the latch(she send me a photo of the latch and seams It got damage in some point may be when she move the cage to her friend home because the photo I have when she receive the cage the latch it is in perfect conditions). [Response written is far from truth. Facts are differentThere was no call or postcard  for appointment received to my home. Mrs M[redacted] called to question bill and that is how her name is mentioned here. She did not speak to any one before the visit, During conversation she was told that they have submitted the report to the city. That is the reason she called in Water department to verify if it was submitted. She was informed that it was not submitted by Backflow specialist. When they keep sending bills she spoke to City Water Department and they suggested to contact  Revdex.com. Next, My home is never locked. I have three retired seniors in my home.  So house was closed is not true.We never saw papers left at the door. I am particular in collecting and looking into all papers and mail every day. This was discussed with them when we received the first bill. If this was there, I would not need to ask someone else to perform same test and pay twice. I would have happily paid them if they would have left papers before anyone else I called to do the same testing. This is the first time in letter we are made aware that they have not submitted the report.  This means they have not performed the job. Job requires them to submit the report. Without submission client can loose water connection. I can not and will not pay for unauthorized job which was not completed and involves misrepresentations. [redacted]

a text saying she does not owe us any extra balance. I did send yesterday to Mr. [redacted] the same invoice already which has the 0 balance.  I want to make sure that the Revdex.com and  Mrs. [redacted]   understand Animal Environments and myself personally. From the very beginning I did try from the first phone call from Mrs. [redacted] our best to help her purchase a quality cage at a discounted price which is what she requested, offering a floor model cage we were finishing to be top model for 2018. My cages are custom items which are very costly. I however, wanted to make her happy and offered her a floor model custom cage  flat top for $2,000.00 because it was a floor model cage which she saved $1,400.00 with customized bar spacing, customized side panels, customized floor grate welds by hand and later we put free arms in flat  Play Pen top, but the feeders she did order and the brackets this was extra but of course seams she does not understand and we move the price to be 0 Balance. This was the highest discount I have ever provided to one of my customers,  but the Holidays was coming and it was like that cage was having all her specifications. Mrs. [redacted] wanted to receive the cage the first week of January as she was going to Texas for the Holidays and she was getting the baby Caique in January, I offered to her to send it before the Holidays and we sent it on December 13 thinking the cage would arrive at Hamilton YRC  terminal for her to pick up the 20th of December before her departure to Texas, I never expected that YRC would take 2 weeks to deliver her cage the computer was telling us it would arrive the 20’s I did recommend to her to track the PRO that way she will know [redacted] where and when her cage was moving. On Sunday  I called YRC and the dispatcher  mentioned that the delay iwas related to the fires in California and its the busiest time of the year the Christmas Holidays and her shipment arrived in the middle of that busy time.  I put myself in Mrs. [redacted]'s shoes and either she was tracking her shipment on her computer I can understand she was  upset because she and I planned different but it was out of my hands from December 13, I did as I promised and shipping accordingly. This is the reasons after we oversee everything we are not charging to her the extra invoice pending of $140.00 for  extra items THE PENDING INVOICE HAS 0 balance because I did feel bad that the order didn't arrive on time but that was out of my control.  Mrs. [redacted] mentioned a few times she wished she ordered the cage from another company but they need more time than us  to make her cage,  we offered her 20 weeks for her to return he cage to us if she is unhappy or prefers  another company to make her  cage, starting  January 2nd to 20 weeks a full refund will be made to her including the shipping charges. We offered In case she does not have a way to package we will send one of our representative to get the cage out of her home. ( The floor model cage is so nice I will have it back if she is unhappy). Customer satisfaction is very important to us, with Mrs. [redacted] I did my very best to keep her happy, all our communications were in Castilian from the first day and I felt I was making her a big favor selling that floor model cage I was not expecting a conflict, the conflict was out of my hands and I truly don't believe I deserve this review.  Thank you Revdex.com to help us to be better and I am very sorry for my Poor English. BB to let us know what Mrs. [redacted] is thinking, we already respond to her and we did send a copy to the Revdex.com in our last response about our policy procedure and what needs to be done if she wants to return the cage.We feel Mrs. [redacted] is doing all this  complains in purpose to destroy our reputation of 30 years in business creating the very best quality birdcages for our birds.We feel Mrs. [redacted] is trying to get a profile of complains to get her money back from the credit card company and keep our High quality birdcage which one we sold to her a floor model Cockatoo cage with custom work new model for 2018 and she mention she ordered an Acacia cage which one is not correct.To all my other customers and potential customers who  will be reading  that email there are 2 parts in a complain, and Please do not let a false accusation to destroy a good company, we did try to please that lady,  I did tray to please her, I did void an invoice of $140.00 owed to us of extras she got this was her first complaint,  yes we refused a check she send to us and a perch because she put a complain  and  what is the reason to us to accepted the check or a perch  when  she complained to the Revdex.com  for the money we were requesting, all of that it is showing to us she just wants to destroy our reputation, keep the cage and get her money back which if this happen it will be Fraud.
