Review: Repeated calls to repair shoddy workmanship and unfinished work went unanswered. When a call was answered(called from a phone he did not recognize) I was assured that he would be out to finish the work in question. This has continued for at least four months. I am not sure of the exact date of the first complaint (some time in November) but the unanswered calls started in early December. Verizon records can show at least 25 calls
