Our inspector Tight was prompt, thorough, and spent a solid amount of time checking out our house. The home we purchased is 20y old and was bound to have it's quirks. He gave us a good idea of predictable maintenance and helped us sort out most of what we have had to do to make it a solid investment. I would recommend him.
