I am rejecting this response because:look at other complaints against this lying company The sales rep said the taxes were cheaper than ***, which we found out was a lie She said the bill goes up $after the first year and then will not go up again which is a lie The fees for installation were supposed to be waived anyway so that was no favorthey also lied and used some other customers name saying we referred them, to discount our bill closer the the quoted costs This company is shadyThey never return calls and lie

Revdex.com,
On 4/16, I reached out the the customer via email with no response.  I apologized to the customer and assured her that we are a legitimate company and due to our recent expansion she may have had difficulty reaching us because our website is...

being revised and we had a new phone system put in.  I provided the customer with my direct line and asked her to please explain her issue so that I could research and resolve it.
Sincerely,

We spoke with a representative at a home show in Hartford CT in January 2016 about signing up for service with [redacted]. At the time we were in a contract with another satellite TV company. The representative promised us 100.00 gift cards to switch to [redacted] from our current plan. Because we were in a contract, if we cancelled and switched to [redacted] we would have to pay a termination fee with our current provider. To offset the fee, the representative for Empire Elite promised us one 100 [redacted] card and said he thought he could get us a second 100 card - these could be used to replace what we lost paying the early termination fee.
We were promised the gift cards in 6-8 weeks. It has been 3 months and we have not received anything.
Since that time, I have called [redacted] numerous times and been told to wait a little longer. We were told we were not eligible for any cards - we have spoken with supervisors who said the cards come from Empire Elite.
I then started to reach out to our representative who said he is "looking into it" he has said direct tv sends the cards - it has been 3 months and still nothing. This is false advertising - we were lied to and promised incentives to switch tv providers

In regards to the open complaint.  Our sales representative is quite confused over this complaint.  She is seasoned representative that provided the customer with excellent service.  When the customer quoted her the pricing, she provided the correct pricing over the first two years...

and the pricing is subject to change on year three. We do not use the term forever because we have no control over pricing changes [redacted] may make.  The customer fails to acknowledge that the sales rep managed to get the [redacted] installation fees waived for them, saving them $200 and that a credit was applied to their [redacted] service saving $100 annually.  The customer's complaint about a rate increase could due to [redacted]'s billing which we have no control over or the fact that the customer increased their programming package.   [redacted] even texted the representative, thanking her for everything.  This make the complaint even more confusing.  We are a sales organization that provides a quality service to the customer and we have no control over pricing changes from either company.
