We are in the process of dealing with the manufacture to take care of all warranty issues.The warranty is a material warranty only but empire fence feels that the manufacture continued to sell the product knowing that there was an issue with the finishSo there for the warranty should include
removal and reinstallation of the bad productwe are actually trying to get our customers more then the warranty statesI do apologize for my companies poor communication skills in this matter and I personally take responsibility for there actions or lack of it I am personally taking action my self in this matter and will do better in the future. Once we got the complaint we called the customer immediately. We did apologies and are taking care of his request immediately. The person at the front desk was a temp and is no longer with the company.

Replacing the fence is acceptable if it is what I originally paid for & ordered. I want to know what the fence I have now is made of. I also have an installation problems. 3 contractors state the posts were not anchored properly: to short & depth of concrete. Current depth is about approx 15". Specifications are at least 36" of concrete to the depth of freeze line, etc. Originally the height of the fence was to be 6' & 5' was installed. 1 gate was missing to access water faucet. The plan was changed without my knowledge. I do not want workers on my property unless I am home & nothing is to be taken off my property without my ok to do so.
