When a customer places an order on our website, the terms and conditions are clearly stated and the customer must agree to the terms or the order will not go through. Our offer clearly states a 14 day trial of a 30 day supply. The trial starts the day the order is placed as stated in the terms. If...

we do not hear back from the customer within the 14 day trial period, we will assume they love the product and bill them the retail cost. We do not offer a sample or send out a trial size. The product is a full 30 day supply. Our records indicated this customer was outside the trial period when they called into our customer service department. The account was cancelled on 1/16/2017 due to the customer submitting a chargeback with her financial institution for the last 4 months of her Green Coffee product subscription. (Total $100.00) As a courtesy, we have refunded $100.00 (for the last 4 months of her Garcinia product subscription) which will reflect back to their account within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.

The product is a full 30 day supply. Our records indicated this customer was outside the trial period when they called into our customer service department. The account was cancelled on 9/26/2016 per the customer's request. At that time, we refunded $140.65. As a courtesy, we have refunded the remaining $46.89 for the customer's September orders and $187.54 for the customer's August orders which will reflect back to their account within 2-3 business days. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.
