I am rejected the respond because if you read in the complaint I received the hair. I did sign for it and it was the wrong hair. Once I noticed that it was the wrong hair, I contacted the company. The owner told me that "The hair was body wave and that I just have to wash it to loosing the curly." If It was body wave I wouldn't have to do that. So, I emailed them back saying if it was body wave I wouldn't have to do that. I'll just send the hair back exchange for my money. They said all sales were final and I said I'm sending the hair back and I would like my money regardless. So, on March 01, 2017 I went to USPS to send the hair back which the tracking number is [redacted] and the day it was delivered was March 03, 2017. Which you can see in the attached photo at the bottom that it is still sitting in their P.O. Box. So, their respond "She received the correct package after her exchange. Her package was delivered and signed for." is a lie. I want my money back!

We have contacted her several times about her exchange. After 3 weeks we do not allow exchanges due to hygiene purposes.

Hello My name is [redacted]. My complaint ID number is 12008479. I am rejected the respond because if you read in the complaint I received the hair. I did sign for it and it was the wrong hair.
