The package was dropped off by [redacted] on the day the seller requested, the seller requested to add additional insurance to the package more then the worth of the package thus instructed that he would need to purchase additional insurance. [redacted] system does not update until the package arrives in sorting location in Memphis which takes about 2 (two) days. The seller refuses to talk to us or accept any answers from us, thus deliberately trying to ruin the reputation of our company. For many years we are an accredited Revdex.com business with perfect standings and never had these type of complaints against us. It is our belief that this is our competition trying to sabotage our perfect standings with Revdex.com.
