Empire Granite

They don't even deserve 1 star! Ordered granite countertops in December 23 Installed them Jan 24 Three weeks after the island cracked. We done the support system, had it all fabricated and it is rock solid. I contacted them and I told them then they ghosted me. I had to really keep on at them finally in MARCH against my better judgement We upgraded from granite to manmade stone that they said is guaranteed for life, we received no papers nothing I'm sure that was a lie also. So were almost 5000 in on this. I ask them several times do you need to come back, and measure redo the templates? They said no were good, were going to use the ones from before since they will be the same, I ask them to add an inch to the depth they said OK and I said so it's going to be the exact same adding a inch. They said yes, they got here to install it, the seam is in the middle of our long counter not in the sink center like before (the first salesperson and I had discussed that, and I knew it was going to be in sink and that's where I wanted it.) But they changed it because they didn't want to use another piece of stone, it looks like complete crap. They didn't even care told me that's what I was getting. Worst business ever! Don't use them I know that they have jobs that go ok but I know firsthand. I posted some reviews on social media, and I have had so many people reach out to me with similar experiences about them. we paid them almost 5000 for ugly countertops that the installation is just as bad. Looks like what you order and pay for and expect a certain standard that's what you would get, not there they give you what they want you to have to save them money and tell you to shove it.
