False advertising! A bought a comforter set from them that was not only missing pieces but it looked nothing like the picture on their website!
The comforter was cheaply made, faded, and missing pieces. I didn't read their reviews which were terrible by ALL of their verified purchases! Its a sin to deceit people!

I would my money back, and i PRAY they stop deceiving the public!!!! This company is a bunch of scam artists!

I ordered bedding for my calif king bed it was over $80.
I ordered bedding for my cali king bed from amazing on May 30th. I had it mailed to a UPS store due to me not living in a nice area. The package came via USPS so the UPS store returned to sender this was on June 1st. UPSP tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I called amazon right away and they told me I had to talk to the vendor which would be Empire Home fashion due to them handling there own shipping. I emailed back and forth with them multipul times they keep brushing me off saying they see that the package was deilved and to check with the people that live next door to me. I keep emailing them back explaining it was sent to a UPS store they said they sent it back to them I tried calling USPS they said it has to have been sent back to Empire. All of a sudden Empire will stop emailing me. It's been 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I am getting rude email responses. I just want my money back or a new bedding set sent to me.

I have photos of a comforter set by this company. I do online business reviews and this product is defective. I'm unable to contact the business. Their online sites and phone numbers do not work.

The salesmen are very nice and helpful. I've had multiple good experiences with Empire. My whole house is furnished by them! From the living room to master bedroom to the guest bedroom I have found perfect pieces to my home from Empire.

Empire (also known as Qutain) sent the wrong item from what I ordered. Wrong item was returned. They refuse to return all my money.
On 02/14/2018 I ordered a 2 pc Bath spa set in color purple. Order #XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX. Total price including shipping/tax was $45.90 I received the item via postal mail on 02/17/2018. When opened it was not what I ordered but a very cheap 3 piece bath set. I notified the company immediately was issued a return shipping label right away. On 02/17/2018 I shipped the items back to company. They received the merchandise on 02/26/2018. It took 2 days for them to acknowledge the return. I requested my money to be returned. They initially returned only the purchase price, they kept the shipping and the tax money. When I complained they returned some of the tax money. They have refused to refund my entire $45.90 keeping the shipping and some tax money. It should be illegal for any company to keep tax money and shipping costs when they made the mistake.

Desired Outcome

I want this company to return the entire amount that was sent to them, $45.90. It was their screw up, not mine. I feel like I am being punished for them shipping the wrong item.

Qutain IE Empire Home Fashions did not issue a full refund for 13 days. I was finally issued a refund on March 02, 2018. They bullied, they referenced me as a liar in their emails and even attempted to keep the tax. I will never do business with this company again and would suggest that no one else should either.

I ordered two sets of sheets for my bed. They sent two pillow cases. They refuse to do anything to resolve this issue.

Terrible products and customer service! I told them I wanted my money back because they false advertise, they keep repeating themselves in every email saying "you bought spill proof they were never advertising as waterproof!" Spill proof IS WATERPROOF! How am I suppose to protect my furniture from stains when it leaks through? That as well is NOT spill proof. They even refuse to refund me my money back after I told them I'd send the product back because it's worthless! They are very rude, unprofessional and scam you out of money!

I visited the store and it had a lot of stuff. I bought a mattress which was way cheaper than the most other places and it has been good since I got it. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I ordered curtains online from this company but they are not the same color. The company does not return my calls or emails to arrange returns.
on June 12, 2017 I ordered curtains online from Empire Home Fashions. The order number is *** and it was shipped via USPS. I paid $21.94 plus $4.99 shipping for a total of $26.93 using PayPal. The order was for four curtain panels and a curtain scarf in taupe and the same in the color sage green. They were to be hung together, i.e. double curtains on each rod. They were shipped on June 15 and arrived on the 17th. The sage green curtains are different colors so I can't use any of it. I have tried almost daily to contact the company through two phone numbers (one on the order and other I found on the internet for Abdul Awad, Managing Member) but the phones are NVER answered and though I leave messages as instructed, no one calls back. I have also attempted emailing several times with the email address provided on the order, but, they, too, are never returned. I don't know what else to try short of driving to Kettering, Ohio. Their website says customer satisfaction is their number one priority and when you order it says they have a good return policy but all of this is meaningless if they will not talk to you.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the curtains and receive a refund.
