Review: We placed an order over 1 month ago. They took our money over the phone. Supposedly we were getting the product in about 2 weeks. After 1 month, and nothing received, started to call and left messages with a live person, over the chat, and over their customer service e-mail address. For the last 2 weeks they have a recording [redacted] where they make you wait , no matter which department you try and the recording proceeds to simply say good bye and hang up the line. They are basically taking customers money and I assure you there will be a lot of legal issues with this company.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I would like this to be posted to avoid more scams from this company, and if product not received, our $$. back..
