Empire Irrigation

Sadly, this company cashed our check (written for the full amount of the job quoted), before completing the job agreed upon. We tried several times to contact the owner to finish the job that he was paid full price to do. We even offered to have him return a portion of the money we paid, allowing him to be compensated for the short time he was on the job. After leaving numerous phone messages and emails trying to give him a chance to make things right, he finally responded by saying that he was not coming back and has refused to return any money. Sadly, I would not recommend his service. He was given more than a reasonable amount of chances to show an honest work ethic and good business practice. He chose to take our money instead of pleasing a customer.
