We booked with this company months before our wedding, and we never thought twice about expectations until Mike [redacted] left a min long voicemail of him arguing with his female companion about stealing his marijuanaAfter that, I read endless reviews that claimed Mike cancelled the night before the eventI called Mike at [redacted] one month before our wedding, one week before our wedding, and the day before our wedding (right now)Each time, he said he was ready and would meet us at the pick up location UNTIL right now, the day before our wedding, which was when he sent the following TEXT message...just like all the reviews claimed he would: "Limo has hit a deer tonight and is Out of Service please call **SSN [redacted] OC Limo for a limo bus or Harrry with A [redacted] Limo **SSN [redacted] for a SUV LimousineI will refund this fully to the credit card on file." We are now without transport for our guestsDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (MIKE) I called him and said "Your reviews say that you offer a nice price, but always cancel after booking a more lucrative job." Mike said "No, I don't do that", and that we were all set and ready for our weddingWell, WE WERE FOOLS! I am rejecting this response because:Attached are two eyewitness accounts from two of my bridesmaids there that day that left with me to get our hair and makeup done at 12:10PM because no limo had shown upIf the limo had arrived on time, I question why I was not called at noon by the company, as shown in the previous evidence presented in the screenshots of the phone calls, even though the company's GPS claims they had arrived at noonI also question why neither I nor any of my witnesses saw a limo in the parking lot at 12:10PM when we decided to leave for our hair and makeup appointment, another contracted service we did not want to be late forHad we been even minutes late, the hair and makeup studio would have broken the contract and not provided the services, as we would not have fulfilled our part of the contract by arriving at 12:30. I do not appreciate any of the accusations this company is implying about my integrity and honestyWhen a contract is not fulfilled, regardless of the terms set, the terms no longer apply.Regards,

After that, I read endless reviews that claimed Mike cancelled the night before the event. PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED CLIENT SIGNED TO ALL TERMS AND ABANDON LIMO 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO PICKUP TIME THERE ARE NO REFUNDS READ ALL TWENTY NINE TERMS CLIENT SIGNED AND AGREED TO CONTRACTED TERMS STATE NO REFUNDS . WE WERE ARRIVED ON TIME AT 12NOON GPS RECORDS TO SHOW ARRIVAL TIME WE DROVE 3 HOURS TO RICHMOND FROM WASHINGTON DC AND 3 HOURS BACK A TOTAL OF 6 HOURS DRIVE TIME INCLUDING FUEL DRIVER INSURANCE WEAR AND TEAR ON VEHICLE NOT TO MENTION 360 MILES PUT ON VEHICLE FOR A LOCAL CHARGED TRIP. THIS CLIENT IS OBVIOUSLY DONE THIS BEFORE WHERE THEY ORDER SERVICES AND REFUSE TO PAY THATS WHY WE HAVE TERMS OF CONTRACT WHERE CLIENT SIGNED DIRECTLY UNDER NO REFUNDS.
