I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was provided an estimate of $1500.00 which I took at face value as I should be able to do as a consumer with any reputable business.  PLEASE do not let these people do this to someone else.  They lied and gave me the run around on the amount charged by the dealership.  There should be a refund of at least the $500.00 that they tacked on to the dealership price and the fact that they did not mention any other amounts owed in the estimate stands for itself. I should have been advised an estimate amount at least close to what they intended to charge ' to make money'.  I NEVER would have agreed to pay over 3K for the repair on this vehicle.  They should have advised a true estimate which I believe the law says they have to do.  If they were going to bill me for 10 hours of service ($600.00) I should have been advised of that - I WAS NOT.  When I complained about the $600.00 - I was told I was lucky they didn't bill me for 3 days of service.  It should not be my issue that they clearly do not know what they are doing.  Like paying the dentist to tell you - you have a cavity and then not fixing it for you.  Their response is ridiculous and a testament to how they operate.  Please do not let them take advantage of someone else.
