My husband and I worked closely with Roop at Empire. He was completely confident in getting our loan approved from the beginning. He was in contact with us daily and explained the process to us many times. He made himself available to meet up on weekends and late nights during the week. He successfully got our house closed in under 30 days and that included a minor credit issue at the end! He and everyone in the office were very knowledgable and professional. They were all so happy for us the day we closed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first home. I would highly recommend Roop and any of the other loan officers at Empire.

Empire Mortgage is totally unethical and unprofessional. They provided buyers of a home we were trying to sell with a pre-approval letter that was not justified. The buyers weren't even close to qualified. After more than two months of missed deadlines and lies, a new mortgage company informed us that one of the buyers has a credit score of 530 and the other didn't have one at all. And that's after Empire told us that the buyer had a score of 730. And the lies all came from Empire - not the buyer. It's been an awful experience and our agent said she's never seen anything like it.

Empire Mortgage is an excellent company to prequalify people for a loan. The employees at Empire Mortgage have years of experience making residential and commercial mortgages. I send my clients to Empire Mortgage because I know the person will be prequalified if they are able and if not the staff will work with the individual to help them get a loan.
