Revdex.com:[redacted]It’s been 21 days since [redacted]s attorney Mr. [redacted] and Ivan A[redacted] last spoke.  On 10/23, Ivan was adamant with Mr. Z[redacted] about not returning [redacted]s $500.  Mr. Zi[redacted] explained to Ivan [redacted] at this time that should he not return the money, that, in addition to [redacted] reporting Ivan A[redacted] and Empire Motors LTD.’s fraud with the Cleveland Revdex.com and Attorney General’s Office, he would be filing, on behalf of l, a small claims action against Empire Motor LTD. for $1000 + filing fee + attorney costs.     It’s been nearly a month since Ivan A[redacted] committed fraud and stole $500 from Ms. [redacted]  Ms. [redacted] is unsure whether or not her attorney Mr. Sam Z[redacted] has filed in Small Claims Court against Ivan A[redacted] corporation Empire Motors, LTD.  If he has not yet filed, Ms. [redacted] will agree to accept the return of her $500.  However, if in fact Mr. Z[redacted] has filed, Ms. [redacted] will require $500 in addition to compensation for any other accrued expenses. In response to Cleveland Revdex.com request for [redacted] mailing address, it is as follows: [redacted] *Also, Ms. [redacted] states she never agreed to financing with Ivan A[redacted] and or with anyone else at Empire Motors, LTD.
