Dear Revdex.com,we are glad to have a chance to clarify this situation for you.Prior to the delivery of the vehicle in January, we agreed to take care of the A/C issue and did fulfill our agreementAt the time of delivery customer was able to make sure the problem had been taken care ofSix months later customer came back stating that the problem mentioned above occured again and the vehicle was fixed by a third party and for that she demanded a reimbursementShould customer informed us about the issue prior to dealing with it herself, we'd be happy to take care of the problem at our own garage despite the fact that the warranty had been expiredAll the paperwork regarding repairs done by our mechanics prior to the delivery of the vehicle was emailed to customer after obtaining her e-mail addressAlso we would like to mention that at the time of delivery there were no visible damages to the bumper at all.Once again if customer contacted us before bringing the vehicle to a third party we would definitely find a solution to the problem, but our contract clearly states that we can not pay for repairs done by outside facilities

Already I've put over $into fixing this thingLet's see: 1) Less than a month after I bought it and it was still in the day lemon law, I had to have my wiper fluid nozzles fixedThe mechanic said it would take three days and I need to drop it off, WHY??? I took it to a better mechanic and it was fixed in minutesThen: 2) In September of I had to have some work done on my transmission, now because of the experience I had the last time, I decided to go to my mechanic and have him do itHe said that someone did some prior work to it and said the they did the WORST mickey mouse job he had ever seen3) In November, I had to have my 4Xmode fixed because of a faulty switch, 4) In February of I had to have my water pump and serpentine belt replaced because they were both faulty, then in April this crap with having my transmission replacedSince I know that you will see this response, I want you people to look at [redacted] and [redacted] and other forms of social media about how other people feel about this placeIt's not just me! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I reject the business response because it is vagueIt's claimed that in some cases the application is incomplete; however the business is not stating this was the case for my application or why they didn't respondMy application was complete including contact information As attached I received a phone call from an employee named [redacted] and also the business contacted me over email and told me they would respond with the decision, which they never did The application was complete and the business cannot indicate otherwise They also imply has limited possibility to respond but I received over emails and phone calls The business is required to inform me of the decision of my credit application and if truly a mistake was made or the application was 'incomplete' the business would be able to support this

Review: The dealer had a boat advertised on Ebay with a no reserve auction. I had paid $250.00 for a mechanical inspection on the boat and had won the auction. Dealers auction states they want a 1500.00 deposit within 24hrs of auction close - I called them two times within the 24 hour period and they did not answer the phone and I left a message to please call me so I could handle the deposit. I called again the day after not getting a call back and was told that they are going to sell the boat to someone else because they got a better offer from someone else and they didn't receive my deposit within 24hrs. I believe the seller doesn't want to sell me the boat because their auction ended at a low price which is causing me to be out $250.00 for the mechanical inspection I paid for.Desired Settlement: $250.00 reimbursement for my mechanical inspection I had done on the boat.
