Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is information in the response that is 1-not true and 2-missingWe did not trash the company on social mediaWe specifically asked if it would be okay to tell people that we purchased our merchandise from Empire Printing to get our customer's opinions and we were told that we could because Empire "stands by their work"We posted the shirts on social media and the responses from our followers were negative but we can't be held responsible for what other people sayIt was just additional affirmation for us that the product was in fact poorly doneAs for [redacted] yelling at ***, not [redacted] as it was not stated that [redacted] was present, it was stated that [redacted] was, and I have attached the audio recording of that visit where you can clearly hear how [redacted] was conducting herself in a professional manner while [redacted] continued to raise her voice and be erraticWe never gave [redacted] permission to recreate our logoWe DID say she can change the font but she didn't explain that the WHOLE logo would be redoneRegardless as to whether or not the image was not correct, the proof that was sent to [redacted] for approval is NOT what was on the final product and most importantly, we have correspondence from [redacted] saying that if there was any issue she would resolve it for us and then did the opposite Regards, [redacted]

Here you can clearly see that the proof which was sent to us is not what was printed on the shirtsOn both the white and black shirts there are several things wrong: The top line ofthe ribbon should be a solid line, however most of the line is missing The right (left as seen in photo) outtercircle is missing ink, therefore the circle is not a filled circle The bottomprinting of the letters BMUPC are jagged and not “clean” printed The details of the Pit Bull are missing On the black shirt, the shirt color comes through the white inkOn the white shirt, there are two black ink smears

The organization, Bully Moms United, an alleged organization that includes [redacted] as members, placed an order with Empire Multi Services d/b/a Empire Printing on January 30, 2015 for 40 custom printed t-shirts: 20 black shirts with white print and 20...

white shirts with black print. The client was charged $4.00 per each black shirt and $3.00 per each white shirt. As a courtesy, they were advised that they were not paying for the cost of the printing or screen fees, and simply paying for the shirt costs . The client did not provide the appropriate logo vector or high resolution file for printing. Instead, Empire Multi Services had to use a photograph taken from the website of the client to trace and create the logo from there. The re-traced, re-created logo was e-mailed to the client at the e-mail of [redacted], [redacted] and client responded that it was acceptable. On February 11, 2015, Empire Multi Services e-mailed an additional font for the client's approval to [redacted] because the original font could not be found and same was approved by client on February 11, 2015. The client was advised, on numerous occasions, that the logo was recreated from a low-resolution photograph to use for printing to the best of possible ability. Client's shirts were picked up by an individual associated with [redacted] On said date, the client indicated that her shirts were printed wrong and were not to her liking. An associate of Empire Multi Services advised her to send an e-mail regarding her concerns. Upon receiving said e-mail, it was apparent that all items that were not to the client's liking resulted from the image provided for printing. On numerous occasions in e-mail communications, the clients (all involved individuals) were advised via e-mail that the printing was done with a re-created image and they failed to provide the high resolution logo. [redacted] indicates that she appeared at the office where "she yelled at us", referring to the individual who was present at the office at that time. Please be advised that at no time did [redacted] ever go to the office; [redacted] came to the office and when she was advised that the shirts would not be taken back, she stated "You are lucky I don't just jump over there" as the associate walked away. Empire Multi Services received an email from [redacted] indicating that they would file a lawsuit and a Revdex.com complaint on February 17, 2015. The clients then proceeded to insult and disrespect Empire Multi Services on social media by posting their complaints and trash-talking the organization. They further had other individuals access the Empire social media accounts and had them leave disrespectful comments on same. Please be advised that proof of all comments and e-mails can be provided. Empire Multi Services attempted to explain to the clients why they were not eligible for a refund on numerous occasions. In an e-mail dated February 17, 2015, Empire Multi Services e-mailed the following to the client: Good afternoon, Please be advised that all issued that have occurred, as previously indicated to you and your associate, are from the incorrect artwork that was provided to us. On numerous occasions, it was explained by one of our associates to yours that the image was not high resolution and had to be recreated because it was small, picture size, as something to be used on a computer or social media. When asked several times to provide the vector or master file logo, we were told that no one in your company was in its possession. Any personal communication between our associate and yours referred to items that were defective, if they did not pass quality control. Our company reviews the items that are given to customers and when these shirts were given to you, they did not have stains or ink smudges or other defects. If you would like to have a designer recreate your logo as a master file that is the correct set up for printing, or you can provide the correct master file, and provide your own shirts for printing, the order will be redone. Please be advised that Bully Moms United and its associates have gone above and beyond to engage in the defamation of character of Empire Multi Services and another non-associated organization. Empire Multi Services has diligently explained that the shirts were reviewed by the Quality Assurance department and were deemed as acceptable. We are a print firm and print over hundreds of shirts, jackets and other apparel on a weekly basis. We would not deliver unacceptable work to this, or any other client. As such, all communication copies can be provided to show why refund has not, and will not be given.

Here you can clearly see that the proof which was sent to us is not what was printed on the shirts. On both the white and black shirts there are several things wrong:1.      The top line ofthe ribbon should be a solid line, however most of the line is missing.2.       The right (left as seen in photo) outtercircle is missing ink, therefore the circle is not a filled circle. 3.      The bottomprinting of the letters BMUPC are jagged and not “clean” printed.  4.      The details of the Pit Bull are missing.  On the black shirt, the shirt color comes through the white ink. On the white shirt, there are two black ink smears.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
There is information in the response that is 1-not true and 2-missing. We did not trash the company on social media. We specifically asked if it would be okay to tell people that we purchased our merchandise from Empire Printing to get our customer's opinions and we were told that we could because Empire "stands by their work". We posted the shirts on social media and the responses from our followers were negative but we can't be held responsible for what other people say. It was just additional affirmation for us that the product was in fact poorly done. As for [redacted] yelling at [redacted], not [redacted] as it was not stated that [redacted] was present, it was stated that [redacted] was, and I have attached the audio recording of that visit where you can clearly hear how [redacted] was conducting herself in a professional manner while [redacted] continued to raise her voice and be erratic. We never gave [redacted] permission to recreate our logo. We DID say she can change the font but she didn't explain that the WHOLE logo would be redone. Regardless as to whether or not the image was not correct, the proof that was sent to [redacted] for approval is NOT what was on the final product and most importantly, we have correspondence from [redacted] saying that if there was any issue she would resolve it for us and then did the opposite.
Regards,
[redacted]

Please be advised that we will no longer continue to engage in a back and forth rebuttal regarding this issue as our position was stated to the Revdex.com and to the client on numerous occasions. We indicated that according to our policy standards, the shirts printed passed quality assurance. We indicated that we had to use a photograph from the client's website to use as the logo for shirt printing, as they failed to provide the appropriate files. We did not make up a new logo but used their own photograph to retrace and make it as again, they did not provide the files. Whether or not the members of this organization communicated among one another is beyond our control. As such, we will not provide any additional comments regarding this matter as this has been repeated numerous times.
