No damage to stucco was complained or seen at the final inspection between me and the owner if there was a damage it may be so small that can only being see after month as today is or may happen after we were done at during the Jacuzzi
installation and if there were any minor damages, in the contract clearly says, " minor stucco damage can happen during the removal of concrete or dirt that may be attached to the stucco and cost of repair is not included
Gaps Between stones, All Stones have a 1/+ inches spacer between than self, the pavers can not be flat against each other
Poor quality, compare to what it fells like this is just aggression with out merit
Hot tub, owner wanted the patio to be 100% flat by law CODE we can not make it flat as water will stand, the 1/slope should be flat out with a Jacuzzi pad
I E-mail the receipt it must be in the junk box but project was paid by check this alone should suffice not sure what is the big deal

Stucco in fact has been damaged by Empire pavingI was going to let it go...but the more I was on the patio the more it bothered meThe damaged parts are all the way up the wall and all aroundThe owner told me it was dust, but in fact the workers used large yellow sponges on the house and scraped off a bunch of stucco
Some stones are close to each other and some have large gapsWhy aren't they all close to each other?
Im not talking about the grade for hot tub area, Im talking about the stones in that area
I had them come back THREE times to fix issues with the projectThey obviously had problems with the installIs it that hard to believe that their are still issues?
I was tired of having them come back to fix things, because three times back is already too much
Also, another issue....they made the street out front look terrible from all the scraping with the bobcat
I told the owner I was not happyThey just use double speak and excuses for problems
Stucco damage at hot tub install? Are you serious?
Trying to blame that...that's ridiculous
I have an eight camera home security system with plenty of footage on it, I don't think so
