I stated the warranty document I provided is basically useless to my grandfatherI would like to get the full refund that was paid for the warranties and to dollars for the inconvenience so both parties can go our own ways.Regards,*** *** ***

I have had my furnace serviced by this company for a few years I called and made an appointment for today approximately one month ago I waited all day with no calls or contacts which would not normally be a problem, an annoyance but I advised the owner, *** on election day that my furnace was not running correctly and kept shutting off When I called at approx 3:pm I was advised that he had emergencies and could not get to me today I responded that my lack of heat is also an emergency He told me to find another provider Previously, *** came to my home to repair the central air conditioner and announced that he could find nothing wrong with it It cost me close to $6,to have all of my ceilings repaired The insurance agent saw immediately that the pipes had separated and the overflow was leaking onto every ceiling It was obvious that *** was lying because he did not wish to make the repair Pictures and reports are available for your review If he had just said that he did not want the job I would have looked elsewhere but to out rightly lie costs me extensive monies and time I am tired of being abused by service providers and would appreciate your input
