Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I have attached photos of my attempt to receive the name I should have made the money order out to which I still have not received an answer forI also attached a photo of my attempts to get a hold of Susan regarding the email of the Late feesI only messaged her to gain an understanding of the situation and she did not reply until the next day. With her attempt to have the money the next day, I feel this was unprofessional to drag it out until it was almost too late. I also spoke with the the person who runs the company for the sprinklers and he did in fact gain approval through Susan's husband Jeff to visit the property and address the issuesI did not request the serviceI simply informed him directly to see what could be done. Also come to find , Susan was charging me $more than the invoice from the sprinkler company. When I asked Susan about the extra charge and also requesting where in the contract it states that we are responsible for the fees if the landlord approved of the maintence, I stopped receiving any responses from her.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Subject: ID [redacted] In response to a complaint from:[redacted]
[redacted]  [redacted] took it upon herself to hire a contractor without managements knowledge or consent. Our policy/lease states this is a breach of the lease and tenant created billings are charged...

to the tenant. [redacted] was given notice of the balance due including fees and charges, all per the lease agreement. [redacted]s questions were addressed promptly and professionally, yet she remained dissatisfied, making multiple calls, emails, and texts including disparaging and derogatory comments. Our policy is to not engage in or tolerate such behavior. As a courtesy, we offer all tenants the option to either mail or drop off payments during business hours to a secure facility. [redacted] finds this to be an unsatisfactory option. Susan L[redacted], Empire Property Solutions
