I used Empire some time ago and have nothing but great things about them. It all started with Hugo & Edwin, they made the sales process including the financing smooth as silk. The guys doing the install were on time, very clean work and finished as promised. After the sale Hugo took us thru the process of how to use our new systems (we got 2 units) and how to use it to save money. If you do not use Empire you are not getting the best.
