They were calling me looking for me step father *** *** They called me multiple times even after my complaint not to discuss but to get a hold of *** If they don't have a record of me.or contacting me they they are not keeping accurate track of their information and in fact I will go as far as to call them liarsI have deleted many of their calls from my recent calls list but I am sure I have a few still on there They have not however contacted me recently because the last time someone called looking for *** *** they listened to my request and took my name out of their system so that no one would call me again and they have not called since I am attaching a portion of my recent calls list

Empire Resolutions Group was attempting to collect an unpaid debt from *** *** Of course, it is against company policy to threaten any consumer with civil charges, or misrepresent their position with the companyThe notes do not indicate that this occurred and the persons involved in

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Empire Resolution Group clearly just lied again in...

the response to myself and your office. Does the Revdex.com not check their claims? Attached is a screenshot directly from the New York State Secretary of State Division of Corporations clearly showing Empire Resolutions Groups still as an active foreign corporate entity in NY as of May 26, 2016.......in their response they claim to already be out of business?  Please allow us to see their corporate dissolution paperwork if they want to continue to tell lies about this whole situation.I would also be happy to forward the ten voicemail messages I kept where they called me and identified themselves clearly as Empire Resolutions Group, so for them to claim they didn't call me is also a complete lie.Furthermore, I also made a complaint against Curtwright & Klein, who is another shady scam collection agency that operates in collusion with Empire Resolution Group, which happens to have been located out of that same address in the past. In fact, according to the internet there have been about five businesses all registered out of that same address in NY......and all happen to be involved in the same shady collection practices......how coincidental!!!Curtwright & Klein, LLCJTM Capital Management, LLCEmpire Resolutions Group, LLC Thomas King and Associates Alient Capital Management If all five of these businesses haven't already lost their ability to do business in your fine State, then as a former NY resident......I hope you consider pulling all of their business licenses, as they obviously aren't afraid to lie with conviction to the Revdex.com........how do you think they are treating regular folks out there? I now have two different forms of irrefutable proof that this business has lied about this situation. Please make sure they are out of business as they claim to be. However, as I'm sure you are aware.....even if they are.....I'm sure they just re-registered as another LLC and are continuing their shady practices under another name.
