Review: in November of 2010 Empire Roofing installed a membrane roof on my house. It was sold with a 20 year warranty. Less than one year later the roof began to bubble and the tape edges separated from the roof. I called and 2 people came to look at it at different times came to look at it and said they were dealing with the manufacturer and would repair it. I called every 3 to 4 months after that with no results. Now on the last call they tell me that the 2 year warranty has expired and it will cost lots of money to fix it. Help.Desired Settlement: FIX THE ROOF. Honor your commitment.

I have finally had a change to get all the information on this project. First item listed that is incorrect is that we sold this roof with a 20 year warranty on a residence. It was sold with a two year warranty only. Second is yes it was membrane flashing at the roof edge that has a problem and the manufacture of this product has finally stepped up and supplied us with new edge memebrane to fix this. We Will get there in the next 30 days to do so.
