Very unprofessional customer service! When I called, the girl took my information( without problem!) and gave me a two hour window for the appointment When nobody showed up I called back and was assured that technician is going to arrive within min After min the technician called, because he can't find the building and we figured he doesn't have the correct street name I called back the office to discuss the situation, and the girl blamed me and my ACCENT ! She quickly lectured me on American english pronounciation and word usage and suggested I should call another company! I did!Shame on you

I wanted to share my experience with this company that turned from negative to positive.
We had a new AC system installed in our condo by A STAR Air Conditioning. We were happy with the installation process, everyone was professional, however the same night we experienced some water dripping from the AC. We called A STAR and they send a tech in the morning to check it. He said the unit was icing up due to low charge. He said he would add gas and it would be ok. The week after we started experiencing the same problem. I called again and the tech came over said the system was low again. Frustrated we called the management to complain why a new ac would do that. They said maybe it happened during transportation. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he would come over to check it himself. He checked the unit and told us there could be a leak. I told him I did not want a lemon and I was disappointed that this happened. He offered to replace the unit at no cost, so we got a new unit installed next day. New AC has been working good since then. I'm really thrilled with the gesture and I wanted to thank them by writing this review.

We called them for a repair, they came the next day and offered a fast and efficient service. We are happy with the results.
