is All I have from Empire State Arbitrations, the Dispute I have is they are Representing a Company named "*** ***" for a Online loan that I have Never Received, And I need Documentation of that Contract, date of Loan, Date Money Deposited in my Account, a copy of the Contact that I Signed & Date, etcIf Empire State Arbitrations is Representing "*** ***" then they should be able to get me this Information to Proof legitimate Outstanding DebtI have checked my Bank Account with my Bank and there is NO PROOF OF THIS LOANI HAVE REQUESTED EMPIRE STATE ARBITRATIONS TO GET ME THE PROOF FROM THEIR CLIENT AND THIS IS ALL I HAVE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL FROM EMPIRE STATE ARBITRATIONS.I Do Not feel this is a True Loan, that "*** ***" company has been Hacked & I am a Victim of FraudThis is Why I Disagree with Complaint & I need more Proof of what I am being accused of.Sincerely*** ***
Response taken over the phone: We have sent out validation of the debt We have conducted ourselves within the guidelines of the FDCPA If the consumer has a dispute she may place it in writing and forward to our office for a response
