Firstly, I got a call from this man's wife, after performing work her husband ordered, saying they got someone else to do the work. They never called us telling us this, so I scraped out their gutters as they had originally ordered. His wife told me that they hired someone elseand I
told her that they had never communicated that to me and it would be asinine for me to go and do this work if I had any knowledge that it wasn't needed. I told her not to worry about the bill, and that was the end of it.I got a call later from this man telling me that he spoke to a woman when he called my company (this is an absolute impossibility as I have no woman in my employ and the only number that can be called is my cell phone and I am the only person who ever answers it) , he then told me that the woman he spoke to told him that we were not going to be able to do his gutters- another impossibility. ALL THE WHILE - trying to explain this to him, he was accusing me of lying and raising his voice. How hypocritical he lies about saying that I was yelling, when he instigated the whole thing. He refused to acknowledge that HE was mistaken.Does it even make ANY sense that he would call my business and be told apparently that we could/would not do the work, AND THEN SHOW UP TO DO IT? My actions PROVE that he was mistaken. He obviously called some other company and had everything confused.After this insanity, he started yelling at me about how I called his wife asinine. I explained in perfect context how I said it would be asinine for me to do work after telling someone apparently (in a woman's voice I guess) that we would not do it. THIS - another example of the absolute disconnect between what this man THINKS he hears, and what is real.Lastly, his request for a refund because it hasn't snowed??? Well, my contract is unlimited. It runs from when it snows to when it no longer snows, so his service began on the first day it could have possibly snowed and it ends on the last day it could possibly snow. Does he want to call his life insurance company and tell them he wants a refund on this year because he didn't die? If we had snow before this point, it would have been plowed. I do not get paid for instances of plowing. I do not refund any money on a light winter, and would not be obligated to refund anything if we ever had a winter with NO snow. I am paid as insurance. I do not get paid when we plowJust as it's obvious this man has NO idea what is going on in his own world, he DEFINITELY has no idea how much work and effort and money has already been spent on each of our plowing customers.He hires us every year because "we do a great job plowing"

This kid has absolutely no idea what he's talking about, and practically everything besides his name is absolute fabrication out of thin air He hasn't
provided copies of his contracts which would refute every word he's
saying, or at least what he wrote in the first few sentences, because
I
can only read so much nonsense, I stopped reading and just skipped to
the bottom.I see at the bottom he doesn't seek anything,
although filing a complaint with the Revdex.com will not interfere with our
soon to be filed case in claims court. THIS complaint will serve as a wealth of evidence to his claims of all these proofs of information which, since they don't exist, will be requested in court when we make our complaintHe and his father received outstanding and timely service through one of the harshest winters in our history, both locations being plowed on no less than occasions(I can show the driver's plow log with ACTUAL PROOF of this)Please consider this issue resolved as it seeks no settlement,Have a wonderful holiday season,Dean - Empire State Sealers

I have spoken to this gentleman, even stopped by the house to see the issue and discussed it with him and we came to an agreement that I would give him $50 towards materials to improve his fence.  (just haven't stopped by there yet and dropped off a check to him).  I will try to get by...

there some time this week.  There is not now and never will be anything "shady" about our business.  The man called with a complaint and THE SAME DAY I sent one of the guys to look at it and the NEXT day I sent them to try to fix the issue and the DAY AFTER that I stopped by there personally.  (I own and operate several businesses, but was able to send someone there within AN HOUR of his call)  It's NOT POSSIBLE that one could get a more prompt or thorough reaction to a complaint as we have provided and will continue to provide.
