Empire Tire Reviews (2)

I have been to Tire Empire several times in the last few years. I have purchased tires from them twice and have always had a good experience until this last tire purchase. I purchased tires and wheels from them in November shortly after the new owners/management occurred and everything was fine until I was driving home and I noticed my truck was hopping. So I called the new owner at Tire Empire to inform him of the issue. I was told it was normal and to drive it out. Long story short, I've had my wheels on my truck balanced and rotated 7-8 times in the last 3 months and every time they have been way off. I have done it with several tire shops to get additional opinions and all agree I got bad tires. I paid to have them sandbagged as Tire Empire suggested after the issue arose but it still didn't fix it. I even met with the dealer that supposedly sold the tires to tire empire because they asked me to and he agreed they were messed up. But Tire Empire still won't give me new tires even though I informed them of the issue from the beginning and have done everything they have asked of me which I believe is above and beyond what I should have done. They told me I need to purchase new tires and then once they get reimbursed they will give me the credit but I don't have the money to purchase the tires again, I already purchased them once and as a shop owner they should be guaranteeing their product. I have never been treated so poorly in my life or had so many issues with a company and I really don't know where else to turn.
