I called empire towing during the snow and ice storm that we had that left my driveway a hill of solid iceA friend of mine's car slid into my husband's carIn only a few minutes, they were at my house, had pulled her car back up the hill, and charged me only a very reasonable feeHe also salted my driveway to help me try to melt the iceI would highly recommend his friendly and quick service to others

We own a special events company, and due to the heavy rain, our cube van slid and got stuck on the way to set up for a weddingI called another company who could not come for an hour and forty five minutes, which would have been too lateEmpire asked for our address and were there within a few minutes They got us unstuck and on our way immediately, and because *** with Empire saw how urgent it was for us to get to the wedding right away, even offered to let us call the office and pay on Monday, which was so kind and really helped us get to the event on time that dayWe were beyond pleased with their service and professionalism and will definitely recommend them to others,and will use again in the future!
