I received a cost estimate from [redacted] ***on June 8th for the repairs on my [redacted] On June 13th I called [redacted] *** and spoke with Ed I informed Ed that I would like for him to proceed with the bolt repair only on the boat I told Ed to not order a new lower unit The bolt repair and the lower unit replacement are unrelated repairs On Monday June 19th, I called CLPBS and again spoke with Ed I asked Ed if the bolt repair was complete Ed informed me that he did not do any work related to the bolts repair I asked him why had he not started the bolt repair He told me that he would only do the bolt repair if he was going to order and replace the lower unit I informed Ed that I had ordered a lower unit from a different vendor Ed became very angry that I did not award him the work and refused to do any bolt work on the boat I informed Ed that I would have someone pithe boat
