If I could leave 0 stars I would. The office was okay. Manager was nice but the DR?! Dr. K was rude, unprofessional, and no regard. The manager checked me in with no issue with my infant in her stroller. As soon as the dr came out he had an attitude and before I could make it across the room yells from the other end “you need to reschedule, infants are not allowed” and turns his back without acknowledging me. First off, I read the email before coming in and nowhere on it did it no infants were allowed. Secondly, had he handled the situation better and less aggressive tone. I could understand there is a protocol and he is following it. But the aggressive manner of yelling across the room with other patrons was so unprofessional.
