Review: I set up residential garbage removal with this company the last week in August (2014). Over the phone I was quoted a monthly price for weekly garbage removal in front of my home. I was assured numerous times during this call that pick up would occur in front of my home and where the driver drops off the can is the same spot he will pick up from. Driver a few days later dropped off a can right in front of my house. Here we are a month later, and they haven't been back. Made several calls to them. In the first few calls I was told the driver didn't see our can out on pick up day. This wasnt true, our can was in plain sight right where driver dropped it off. I am currently being told that now the driver won't come down our road and we must walk our garbage down to the end of our road or it won't get picked up, or we can pay extra to have them come to our house. When reminded of our initial setup phone call in where we were assured it would be picked up in front of our house, they are saying the driver changed his mind. What kind of company goes back on their policies? They are now sending us a bill for a full months service but they have not once picked up our garbage. I am cancelling with them and refusing to pay this joke of a bill.Desired Settlement: Would like this bill that they are sending out to be taken care of. They shouldnt be charging me anything at all since they never came to do the job they said they would.
