This is the first time I've seen such a complaint I have no idea what you're talking about multiple inquiries and the response time running out [redacted] ordered her prints on 4-11-and has already received all photos ordered in digital form on June 5th, and can use them for email marketing and social media worldwide We package these images in an app as JPGs for our clients mobile phones and give this mobile pholio free of charge to clients that have paid in full for the printed imagesPer our price list, the individual charge for our digital JPG images is the same price as the custom prints because they can use them professionally for email marketing and social media However, since the 9xinch printed images are much more impressive than the smaller jpgs, the jpgs are used on the Internet and the prints are used for in-person presentation in a portfolio book However, the jpgs themselves are fully capable of securing agency representation The mobile pholios, as we call them, are given to our clients so they can get started marketing while they are waiting for their print orders Since we can track digitally all mobile pholio usage from our studio we can get an idea of client usage Some of our clients email the mobile pholio images out to hundreds of prospects However, since 4-11-16, [redacted] has not emailed any of her images out to anyone not even friends and family members This shows no sense of urgency on her part to get the word out whatsoever even though we gave her our complete nationwide agency contact list as well [redacted] did not ask until after her order was place about turn around time and had signed our no refund policy We've always had a queue system at Empire West Studios and depending on the number of clients ahead of someone determines the wait as all of our imagery is highly custom and time intensive and very much superior to any photo lab [redacted] simply doesn't believe she should wait her turn like everyone else and is trying to get something for nothing as she already has a complete set of digital images that easily can be copied so they cannot be returnedAny derogatory remarks that her action has caused Empire West Studios should immediately be negated and our A+ restored She will get her print order when it is ready and in excellent order like everyone else We haven't maintained an A+ Revdex.com rating for over years by not coming through for peopleClayton Hall Empire West Studios, Inc[redacted] ***

Not worth it. Extremely overpriced and after several months I haven't even received a final edited version of even one photo let alone even a copy of all the photos I paid for. I've called and asked several times and it takes forever to get a response and then it's always someone else was ahead of me when I was promised initially that my photos would be done as fast as I needed them to be. The only edited copy I received was horrible. It looked as if a child had edited it and it looked nothing like me.
