Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not accept this response as Kevin committed to do the repairs agreed upon within the time frame necessary I received no call or communication that the work could not be done in the agreed upon time frame I gave them plenty of lead time, and furthermore, Kevin agreed the repairs could be done within the stated and agreed upon time frame I still require $reimbursement Furthermore, the flyers the company puts in mailboxes around the neighborhood (without postage) state "No complaints with the Revdex.com" although there are several complaints This is advertising.Regards, Maria Silk

We are not willing to refund any money to this customer for exterior repair work that was completed all the way back in ! We did offer to re-repair three areas for this customer for free thoughbut did not have time on our very busy schedule right now to do it for them in time for them to sell their homeWe could have still helped them if they had been able to give us more lead time notice on getting the work done in time for their closing on their homeWe do not have a year warranty on repairs done on exterior work and we are sorry about any misunderstanding We don't know of any company that can offer a year warranty on exterior repair work here in Indiana due to cold snowy winters and lots of rain and hailAgain very sorry about the misunderstanding

We have referred this complaint to our attorney due to all the issues involved including mold that we found in the home while working there, insurance claim issues filed by this customer and numerous times that our work was interrupted by being asked to stop work due to insurance claim issues and...

water damage that we also found in the home that we did not cause. We did NOT cause any water damage or mold problems in this home. We will be sending this customer a partial refund settlement agreement though since we were forced to stop work on the home due to the pre-existing EXTENSIVE mold damage that we discovered.

time for them to sell their home. We could have still helped them  if they had been able to give us more lead time notice on getting the work done in time for their closing on their home. We do not have a 5 year warranty on repairs done on exterior work and we are sorry about any misunderstanding . We don't know of any company that can offer a 5 year warranty on exterior repair work here in Indiana due to cold snowy winters and lots of rain and hail. Again very sorry about the misunderstanding.

There are so many inaccurate statements in this customers complaint that we are going to refer this to our attorney .
