Employee Rights Center Reviews (3)

Good Afternoon, ***:
Thank you for responding to my query about the above-mentioned complaint that was made to the Revdex.com about the ERCPer our conversation on Monday, February 22, 2016:
The caller left two messages on our
24-hour message line, about an hour or so apart. I researched the digital system's call log, and only two calls were made, and two messages were left, not 5-as the caller claimedIn the first message, he requested a call back, and in the second message he informed us that he would report us for being a scam if we did not return his call before pm that day.
I presented your letter to our director for his review before replying to youWe are a private, non-profit organization with a small staff. We receive a very high volume of calls and we do listen to all messages, returning calls in the order in which they are received. Sometimes an urgent call will get a priority return call, but this is usually reserved for callers with hearing dates that are imminent and who need representation immediatelyWe receive part-time help from the community with callbacks, as well as from local high schools and universities through student internship programs
At no time do we make cold calls, nor do we advertise our services beyond our website and social media. We have been in business since 1999, are active in our community, and are well known among labor unions and organizations dedicated to social change through improving the lives of low-income workers. Our office is located in City Heights, on Fairmount Avenue, and we occupy suites and in the building. There is signage inside the building indicating our presence. We answer the door when people knock or ring the bellThe individual who left those messages is not now nor has ever been a client of ours. We have never, in years of business, received such a messageOften, people who call us have been given several numbers to call, and may not remember who we are when we call back, but we reference their message when speaking to the caller, and ask what we can do to assistPlease contact me if you need additional information
Warmest regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I never once got a response to my phone calls to this business and they are being less than honest when they say I only called them twice. Not once did they ever attempt to return my phone calls as I never received any type of call from this business as it would have come up on my caller ID as I had previously called them so I believe that this individual is being disingenuous when she says that they either returned my phone call or even attemptedto contact me at the number that I had left for them on their answering machine. Once again let me reiterate that I never received a call or response back from this business. Don't know what your next step is with this business is but I appreciate your help with this matter. Please keep me posted on the next step of this process as I really believe that this business is being disingenuous with this letter. Thanks once again for your assistance with this matter.
Regards,
