for the auto pay service to deduct his monthly invoice from his checking account.  This service came with a free 30 day trial period that ran from 1-26-17 to 2-25-17.  Client was notified on March 1 that the free trial period had ended and that the terms of the operating agreement would apply.  An invoice of $138.00 was sent to client on April 3 for March's work.  Payment was processed under the auto pay service.  Notice was received from the client on April 12 that he was going out of business.  After this notice we stopped work on his file.  No credit is due  to client.
