I've had an Empower Security system now for about two month and nothing but problemsRude customer service, low quality equipment, camera stops working below 0C, dead batteries makes the system beep all nightIf you complain they just say "OK we'll send you out a cancellation bill of 350$" [redacted]

I mainly signed up with Empower to get away from ***which took over [redacted] I had had problems with [redacted] a number of years ago, and really had little or no use for them Turns out there was a termination clause with them, and I had to pay several hundred dollars I paid it, but was left with an extremely negative feeling about them When I signed up with Empower, I believed the contract with [redacted] was over Turns out it wasn`t, and they billed me for $ Figuring I had nothing to lose by letting them know of the situation, I let Empower know, and they actually sent me a cheque to cover it! I was pleasantly surprised, and greatly pleased and appreciative From my experience, I would say they are a business with a sense of honour! From my experience I would give them an A+++ I will be staying with them for the long term if they keep this attitude!

Explanation of features was done very professionally and installation was very simple didn't have to do anything. Working with this system is super easy to use and gave us peace of mind! many people around our block are using their system and they are happy. The followed up few times to ensure we are satisfied and explained very well how the system is protecting us and walked us through the whole thing. Very happy about the over all experience and peace of mind that we now have with our townhouse knowing we are protected.
