Review: I subscribed to the [redacted] coaching program, in June [redacted] 2013.They have a basic level in which they ask for a monthly payment of $97. This level you can cancel at anytime.They also offer the Elite Level, but they ask you to pay in advance for a full year subscription. The payment is $2000 one payment.I recently contacted them to cancel my membership, but they don't want to refund me the money that I paid in advance for their services (Elite Membership). They told me that there's no refund because it's an upgrade from the basic membership ($97/month). Since you can cancel the basic membership at anytime and stop the payments this doesn't make any sense.You should be able to also cancel at anytime the Elite Membership and get your money back from the portion you didn't use.I ask them since I already paid for Elite can I keep my account open. The answer was no I have to keep basic membership running if I want to have access to my Elite Membership that they ask to pay in advance.This is not right if both memberships have to run together in order to have access to them, they should ask for a monthly payment for the Elite Membership as well. That way if people need or want to cancel they don't lose money in the process.The way their system is set up is not right and I personally think it's misleading. They should be more clear and the Elite membership should be a monthly payment and not a payment in advance for a full year. Thank you so much for your help!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the months I won't use of my Elite Membership, that were already paid in advance.Here's the refund I'm asking: the months of October 2013 to June 2014 = 8 months$2000/12months = $166,67 per monthRefund asked:8 months x $166,67 = $1,333.33.I want a refund for the Elite membership that I paid in advance for a total amount of $1,333.33.I also made a sale for them and they own me $100 commission. I want this amount also.Total refund $1,333.33 + $100 commission = $1,433.33

The ELITE upgrade is an annual enrollment and comes with a 72-hour refund window.

We do not prorate nor offer a refund of this upgrade and the purchaser was aware of these terms at the time of purchase. The upgrade is only intended for those that wish to continue with the exclusive training and support and not for those who intend to cancel in the short-term.

All ongoing subscriptions have been canceled and the complainant will not be billed further.
