I requested them to stop and they drafted 4 more payments. I had to change my bank account to stop them from autodrafting my account. Currently still trying to get a return for the last 4 months. They assured me that if I didn't see a positive result after 6 months, they would work with me and not charge me until I saw something positive. They haven't resolved my issue after many, many request in writing.Desired SettlementRequesting $99.99 x 4 months = $399.96 returned via check. I have spoken with Mr. [redacted]. He cancelled his credit/debit Card when refunds were processed and we are locating the funds. We have to make sure they have not been returned to the customer through our merchant bank which would create a double refund if we went ahead and made a check out to him. We are at the mercy of the merchant bank and we have filed a complaint ourselves to expedite finding this money. Also, When I spoke with Mr. [redacted] we had agreed on two months being refunded and he is asking for 4. We incur a lot of cost for postage and writing of letters to the three credit bureaus and the creditors. We are essentially paying out 25.00 in postage for each month he is asking to be refunded. We did find that he was billed accidentally for two months, one month services were completed and the other we caught before letters went out. Since this is our mistake we are happy to refund the money to Mr. [redacted], we just haven't been able to locate where it has ended up with the card cancellation. State and Federal Laws require us to bill after the service is completed, in arrears. I will send Mr. [redacted] a check for two months service without waiting for a definite response from the merchant banks as soon as I receive an email from him stating that this is satisfactory and with an address to mail the check. It will go out in the mail the day of his response if it is before lunch. Consumer Response I had to cancel my bank account due to the constant autodrafts after my request to stop services. There were 4 months of additional billing after I originally called to tell [redacted] that the service wasn't doing what was expected. In the beginning, I was assured that if the premium service wasn't helping, they would work with me until we saw a difference. I had almost zero credit score change after many months. Money wasted for me. I only ask that the final 4 months be returned because those were billed AFTER I asked them to stop service. After 4 months are returned, I will be satisfied and consider the matter settled. They can't refund to my account because I had to close it due to the autodrafts that put me in financial hardships. I only ask for the 4 months refunded and that will settle the matter in full. Nothing else asked or required. Final Business Response We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and the refund he is requesting will be sent by check tomorrow 3/9/2016 - per CEO/President. We apologize for the auto draft situation. We have taken steps to make sure that never happens again and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)Upon receipt of the 4 months check, I will consider the matter handled correctly, in full. Thanks to all who have worked with me to resolve this situation.
