I have 2 complaints the first is when I call to ask a doctor about my medications or to get an appointment I get a receptionist advising me on my medications and refusing to let me talk to a doctor I don't want a receptionist getting my information without my permission and advising me I call to talk to a doctor and get his opinion The other is a billing issue. I just received a bill because of their error and they say it is because of a refund they sent by mistake After that they are charging me $40 for a $37.26 refund When I said they can't charge me more for the service I already paid for and processed through my insurance and she said yes she can? I will pay them back the $37.26 because of their mistake but not more?! Please help this is all new since it has changed from totem lake family medicine to Everett clinic
