Empresarios Auto Wrecking

A few items that I would like to shed light on:(1) The problem has not been resolved as stated in the response There still remains a balance of $ I made numerous attempts in past weeks contacting them in order to receive my refund I was continuously told I would receive the $"later that day." The business has my point of contact number ( [redacted] ) and has not made any attempt to contact me in order for me to pick up the remaining balance.(2) The max I am able to sue for in the state of California is $5, I figured that $1,000, which would include the previous stated $300.00, would be a very reasonable offer for the business Having been lied to repeatedly has caused and undue stressful and financial burden on my family, the single mother which I am helping, and I.(3) In the response statement the business stated that I was "interrogating." That is far from the truth The day I showed up I was approached by a couple They thought that I worked for Empressarios and asked me if I was part of the Empressarios After I told them that I was not, the couple stated that they had money taken by Empressarios and that goods were not delivered The couple also stated that there were many other individuals that were promised good, money accepted by Empressarios, and have not received items that were promised I was there for approximately and hour I made acquaintances with the couple and returned later when I was called by them Upon my arrival I was surprised to see approximately other individuals there Each had a similar story Many within the crowd were very upset and felt powerless because they felt they would not be receiving their money back A lot of the individuals stated that coming over on a regular bases with promises of items or refunded money was not doable anymore because they did not have the financial means to continue to pursue getting their money back or goods(4) All negative online reviews -dating back years- have the similar story The San Bernardino County Sheriffs stated that this business has had numerous complaints filed with them But since this is a Civil Issue they do not have authority.(5) After doing research online, talking to individuals, and much thought it is my strong standing that this business is unscrupulous Having to front hundreds of dollars is no easy task for a person like myself The same was felt among the many that I talked too Having the feeling of being ripped off, and to continuously persist, and after many attempts only receive partial payment is unacceptable I feel that if I had not persisted I would not have received the partial payment (6) I feel that this business does not have proper overwatch That it knows how to maneuver within the system and prey on many individuals like myself When I met many of the individuals that were promised goods they were exhausted and looked defeated They had no idea how to take Empressarios to Civil Court One of the few that did go to court stated that just to start a Civil Lawsuit it would cost him $with no promise of getting the money he had fronted to Empressarios or the additional cost of having to take them to court He stated that there was no point in pursuing it since he could not afford to take anymore time off work and did not even have the $to start the lawsuit.Very respectfully, [redacted]
