Review: After almost month of playing phone tag with [redacted]. Who usually did not return my phone call or occasionally if she did she would leave a message to call her.

At various times she told me that the check was forth coming it was not. They she would have the chef number whenever she did not. etc.

They finally sent me the check for $725.00

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Hopefully, they will not report this to the credit bureau as late. As it was not.

It took three months, four calls by me, a call by Empire Blue Cross, and finally Revdex.com to get them to bill the correct amount due to them

I have a serious question whether this is a mistake or an attempt to extra monies that they are NOT entitled to.

I would have paid it on the date of service, but the hospital was not taking payments that late at night.
