Empress Concierge

Review: I booked a party bus with Empress Concierge for February 7. Shortly after I spoke with them, they charged my credit card three other times on different dates, which were not authorized by me. I was finally able to get a hold of them after the multiple times I called them and they never answered and they said that it would be fixed, however, they never did. After that I called again but again no response until they sent me a text message which is very unprofessional. It has been over a month since they charged me those unauthorized transactions, and they still do not answer my phone calls. I looked again on my credit card transactions to see a charge made by Landry's Party Bus on February 7 for $1,080- this is once again an unauthorized transaction. They called me and told me that Empress Concierge said it was okay to charge that. I have contacted American Express to dispute the extra charges made- $450, $200, $1080, and $100. I did not dispute the charge made of $1050 and the $86.63 since that was what the contracted price ($1,136.63). I do not appreciate Landry calling me during school hours to argue with me about a problem that is between the two businesses. It is as if the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Might I add not only did they ignore my phone calls and Landry calling me when it is no longer my problem, but Landry hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation. Even then he was still trying to argue with me. They are unreliable, have horrid service, and all those transactions are fraud.Desired Settlement: To get credit for the extra charges.
