I do not accept the response from the business. They say that they do not have to honor a gift card within two years because they are a private salon. Being a private salon does not make them exempt from the Ohio Revised Code that states that a gift card must hold it's full value for two years.
They also stated that I was not over charged. This is false I will be attaching the recipt along with a picture of the price list.
I feel totally ripped off by this practice how can they sell a gift card with no intention of honoring it.
