Absolutely horrible experience. I've received empty promises and a system that doesn't work properly at all. They didn't show up on installment day, and a guy named Mike, sent a crew from Greenville and they did a wonderful job when the system was actually installed, but we've been back and forth with Sean since January of this year. They lack communication skills, and I've saved absolutely nothing. The Charleston team has been very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them at all! Kristen put paperwork on the porch while I was in the doorway the Charleston team hasn't taken care of me and it's been almost 3 months

I really hate to see that your expectations were not met. We work very hard on the part of our clients to offer a quick and efficient project timeline.
Your project actually was installed on the short end of our estimate. As you know, some of the process we don't have control over such as permitting, loan approval and inspections.
I know that it took Goose Creek 3 weeks to do your inspection but there is no way we could have pushed the project any quicker. Your loan approval to physical installation was completed in less than 4 weeks. That's actually pretty quick.
I know that after trying to reach you by phone that you don't have voicemail and only respond to text messages so we are very sorry for that and your frustrations and misinterpretation of our contact attempts. We have them documented in our software .
Your also right about Kristen delivering your paperwork and leaving it on your porch. She did so because of some of the language you used while talking with her in the phone and not wanting you to get upset.
Your system has produced just fine since we received the utility approval and we have even paid you for a couple of months of power bills to try to make you happy.
The issue right now is that you are on a pre-paid electric billing account with your utility and we have requested you be taken off 3 times since your system was turned on.
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to make them make the switch. I would recommend that you call them directly and make this request.
We will continue to request that BEC switches your billing so you will realize that the system functions exactly like we said it would in out meeting.

Loved working with SCS! They were friendly, professional, and thorough. Going solar was so much easier than I expected thanks to SCS. I would recommend them to anyone interested in making the switch to solar power.

Had some hiccups with installation and inspection but all was corrected in the end. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to save money. My Dominion bills have been less than $25/mo!

Unfulfilled contract, incentive rebate.
*** our sales rep included a 4500 incentive rebate in our package. Finance attempted to pay directly to dividend but did not.clear. dividend and myself have tried to reach out to sc solar. Also left unfilled holes at base of solar panel legs.noone returns calls and they rarely answer the phone.

I spoke with you last Thursday on the phone and listened to your concerns about the payment not going through. At that time, I said that I would look into it and we would be back in touch with you this week.
We never promised a timeline for your rebate to be issued and we attempted to pay the rebate towards your on March 17th. We gave Dividend the account information and they ran an ACH on our account and provided us with a tracking number for the transaction.
Since your call, I reached out to my bank and looked over our records and the bank prevented the withdrawal from going through because they thought it was fraudulent.
With this information, I will reach back out to Dividend to make the ACH payment again.
I'm real sorry that you felt the need to write a complaint with the Revdex.com as we just spoke on the phone less than a week ago.
We worked very hard to get your system up and running in a timely manner and thought you were happy with your installation. If there is something else we need to do to make sure your satisfied, please let us know as our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with the project.

Per our conversation, via text, you said you would look int it tommorow. This was on may 14th. I had mentioned I previously spoke to finance about the declined payment and they said they would return my call, this was several weeks ago. Its not so much the non payment as the lack of keeping me informed. Everyone was very willing to help and reply when I was trying to decide to go with the company and much harder to get in touch with after. I had hoped eventually to utilize your company to convert to off grid as we discussed, however to do so one needs to be able to get in touch with the company. Wether this be directly or to return a call. Thank you
Positively wonderful people. We got three quotes from three different companies. The sales rep took the time to explain and break everything down for us. No pressure. No gimmicks. The financing was smooth and the installation was great. They had to make a correction as per the local inspector but they fixed the problem and it was corrected in less than a week. Install guys were great. First power bill with solar was $8.71. Big difference from my usual $210. Great work SC Solar.

The company was awesome and what I truly love about them, they have their own people who does all the work. I'm very pleased with them for they done it a manner of time like they say they would. Thank you to all the people that was involved in putting up my Soloar Power.

Very happy and extremely pleased with the results. Months of single digit electric bills. We had some unclarity with the loan company and Mike (the VP) walked us through getting it all buttoned up. We're fixin' to refer tons of friends and make that referral money! :)
Installation was completed ahead of schedule for us and we were ecstatic! First month of full operation was full of dreary and rainy days upon days and YET - our Duke bill was in the NEGATIVE! So happy to be running on sunshine! :)

Installed my father's system in the upstate. Had some installation hiccups, but service was incredible. Communicative and responsive every step of the way.
