Review: I [redacted] has a husband named [redacted] who was in a car accident 0n Feb. 19, 2013. Attorney [redacted] took the case a few days later. After all the bills came in from the medical treatment by July 2013, [redacted] asked Attorney [redacted] to close his case immediately. The insurance check has been released to Attorney [redacted] a while ago however, we are still waiting without payment. The insurance company of the driver at fault reimbursed a check for $[redacted]. The Attorney [redacted] stated that [redacted] would received $[redacted]. out of $[redacted]. which I [redacted] disagree. Attorney [redacted] agreeded to get 1/3 of the $[redacted]. I [redacted] had medical insurance for [redacted] through [redacted] for all of his medical treatment. From the $[redacted]. we do agree that they get $[redacted]. advance that was provided to us and [redacted] should be receiving at least $[redacted]. Please check into this matter. This prolong case has caused a hardship on my family and has been on going since August 2013. The Attorney [redacted] office takes a while to return our calls. He has the money available but he has not released it yet and keep making excuses for the check that is due to [redacted].Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is to receive our $[redacted]. on thursday November 7, 2013 by 1200 noon from Attorney [redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] from the company and he says that there is no check at his office waiting for the consumer and they are expecting the check any day now. He also states that there is remaining balances that need to be paid and that is why the consumers are not receiving the entire $[redacted]. **. [redacted] says that he is trying to work with the health insurance company to lower the $[redacted] balance. The amount that the consumers are owed is $[redacted], after all the remaining balances are paid. [redacted] offered that [redacted] is more than welcomed to give him a call at [redacted] for the break down of the entire check and amounts.
