EMS Associates-EMSAR Reviews (7)

I recently received a voice mail from EMS & Associates regarding notification that I was under suit regarding different documents in [redacted] ** The name of the party that they assumed that I was is not my name and the Social Security number associated with the party in question is not my Social Security number Obviously this is a case of mistaken identity that I wanted to clear up right away to avoid any future issues on my part After reviewing all related voicemail, I contacted EMS & Associates at the number that they left in an effort to remove my phone number as a point of contact for the individual that they are trying to find The individual who answered the phone was extremely disinterested in assisting me and I am not sure if he ever really removed my number from their file During the conversation, he became increasingly rude and eventually hung up on me I called back to speak to a supervisor or another associate to make certain that this matter had been taken care of and he hung up on me again I called a third time and upon advising him that I needed the name of his company and contact information for a supervisor, he hung up on me yet a third time I work in a customer service oriented field and understand that mistakes happen, however, there is no excuse for how this situation was handled Especially when it concerns a legal issue that I am responding to in order to clear up any doubt that I am involved

Exceptional service from start to finish

Best experience I have ever had with a Heat and Air installation We had both upstairs and down stairs heat units and air units replaced Cost was $13, xxxxx and xxxxx were great as well as the other members of the installation team Sorry, I do not have the other names Very competitively priced and workmanship was the best I have seen Other companies I received quotes from wanted a 50% up front deposit That would have been almost $7,dollars up front I did not pay a thing with Bradham Brothers until the job was completeI live in xxxxx, and the city inspector said it was one of the best complete installation jobs he has ever seen He said quality products were used all the way down to the type of duct tape
xxxxx was great when he came out to give me the estimates xxxxx was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process After an initial glitch, xxxxx was great and very helpful in getting me my rebate from xxxxx

I called Bradham brothers after having other companies visit when my air conditioning was not working One said I had to replace my unit and wanted $8k for it and the other said they could repair and the cost would be $to replace the coil Bradham brought me a temp unit so I would have air until they could make the repair and only charged me $for the repair
I highly recommend them

After many years with another company I decided to switch to Bradham Brothers after they were highly recommended by a friend. Last night proved I made the right choice. I came home at 6:00 to discover that the air conditioner was not working. Despite it being after hours when I made the call it was answered immediately and the technician arrived within the hour. That was a vastly different experience from the previous company.

I recently received a voice mail from EMS & Associates regarding notification that I was under suit regarding 2 different documents in [redacted]. The name of the party that they assumed that I was is not my name and the Social Security number associated with the party in question is not my Social Security number. Obviously this is a case of mistaken identity that I wanted to clear up right away to avoid any future issues on my part. After reviewing all 5 related voicemail, I contacted EMS & Associates at the number that they left in an effort to remove my phone number as a point of contact for the individual that they are trying to find. The individual who answered the phone was extremely disinterested in assisting me and I am not sure if he ever really removed my number from their file. During the conversation, he became increasingly rude and eventually hung up on me. I called back to speak to a supervisor or another associate to make certain that this matter had been taken care of and he hung up on me again. I called a third time and upon advising him that I needed the name of his company and contact information for a supervisor, he hung up on me yet a third time. I work in a customer service oriented field and understand that mistakes happen, however, there is no excuse for how this situation was handled. Especially when it concerns a legal issue that I am responding to in order to clear up any doubt that I am involved.
