I am rejecting this response because:*** *** states that she has spoken and is working with *** ***This statement is absolutely 100% in that she has spoken with him but that is allShe is NOT working for ***, she is not providing them with a Forensic Audit, etcAlso, *** *** is NOT the financial administrator that *** *** states that he is*** *** is the *** *** *** *** and *** *** is our Regional AdministratorThe forensic audit - if you can call it that was never completed, finished or providedI am pursuing this as I have spoken to our attorney at *** *** who stated we should attempt to get our property and belongings this way first before we go into the expense of suing *** *** and *** ***. I have spoken to *** *** in order to insure that I am not interfering in any investigation he may have with *** *** to which he assured me he is not working with her nor would *** contract with her to complete thisWe have been audited by the *** *** office, *** and *** as well as we went with a more reputable company to perform our accounting and audit as we were not getting results from *** ***'s companyNothing that she stated she performed was completed and from what we hear she has a habit of taking company files off premises to "enter them into her system" as she cannot perform her audit at the site location*** *** also stated that he had a phone conversation with *** *** in AugustI think the "truth" is coming out but not in *** ***'s favorI have scanned her responses, etcand sent them to *** *** who isn't sure why *** *** is trying to involve him. I have noticed that in the past two responses she has not replied nor answered the questions about the "property she and *** *** took" nor has she responded regarding the records she still has in her possession in which she is trying to blackmail and extort us overWe have nothing to hide and it is appearing that we will now be taking this to court as she continues to state that she is being paid and contracted by the State of WashingtonThe property that *** *** still holds is worth around $800-$roughly as she was supposed to take it to my ex-business partner (that she offered to do) and it was not given to him or delivered to himIt contained a nice oriental cabinet, footballs signed by the *** and a football signed by *** *** and his *** among other items of value that were antiques or collectibles. We no longer need *** *** or her "audits" as we have hired a firm to perform those options for usWe would like our IRS documentation back, records she may still have and the property that was takenOnce she has made this right, we will consider this complaint closedIf you would like copies of the check receipts showing that we were the ones who hired *** ***, I am happy to provide thoseI bet *** *** is not able to provide any payment information from the state as they have nothing to do with our hiring of *** *** or payment of her servicesIn addition, it is not going to look good for her business in respect to her "holding or keeping" company files and not returning them to the companyWe have texts and emails from *** *** which show her trying to extort and blackmail our company for more money and I would be happy to provide those letters as well as proof this is not a reputable company or person

I am rejecting this response because:We have never received the state audit (forensic or other) from *** ***She still has personal property of *** ***and has not returned itBoth her and *** *** picked up property to be
given to my ex business partner which apparently he was not able to get and my understanding from Ms*** is that they still had it per her statementsAt this point, I would just like the property returnedThe state has nothing to do with her audit as we are the ones that have been paying herSo the fact that she is saying she has to check with the state is baloney and she just needs to produce the documents that she was paid to do and return the property that is still in her possessionAt this point, we are listing this with the police as she has tried to extort and blackmail me into what she wantsI have texts to verify that these threats were made
